This dimmable high-powered 3.8-watt flame tip chandelier is a direct replacement for a incandescent 40 watt flame tip chandelier bulb.

RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS

• As per store policy; after we receive the item 

you are returning (in good/resell-able condition); your Return/Refund will be processed as follows; The Original Shipping cost that was paid is NON-REFUNDABLE. (If the item was delivered by FREE SHIPPING; then the actual amount of shipping cost that we paid; will be deducted.) There is a 20% restocking fee. After this is deducted; you will be issued a REFUND.

ITEM DAMAGED by SHIPPING COMPANY

• If it appears that the shipper has damaged your package during shipping you must retain all included shipping materials including the box and shipping label in order that we can file a claim. These damaged items will not be returned to us; but are to be retained for inspection by the Shipping Company.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Normally cancellation of orders which have already been paid through PayPal will not be approved. After a transaction and payment; PayPal automatically takes their fee from the transaction and these fees are non-refundable to us. If a buyer requests a cancellation through eBay and the seller approves it; the seller must refund the full amount the buyer paid, but not the amount the seller actually received. So, therefore Cancellations will no longer be approved unless the buyer agrees to receive an amount equal to 10% less than the price they actually paid.
